If you are a Vikings fan like us then we have good news for you, there is new series going to be released, Vikings Valhalla.
Vikings Valhalla is a spinoff and a sequel to the history of Netflix’s Vikings. The upcoming series is written and created by Jeb Stuart.
This series picks up a century after the original and tells the stories of some of history’s most famous Norsemen.
The series was filmed in early October 2020 at Ashford Studios, Wicklow, where Vikings were previously filmed.
The plot of the Vikings Valhalla starts hundreds of years after Vikings. So, we won’t be finding any characters that are related to the first Vikings.
In addition, we can see the tensions between the Vikings and the English royals reach a bloody climax, and the Vikings themselves clash over their opposing Christian and Pagan beliefs.
The casts will be seen surfing an epic journey that will take them across oceans and through battlefields, from Kattegat to England and beyond, as they fight for survival and glory.
In the end, The series depicts the Viking Age, as represented by the Battle of Stamford Bridge in 1066.
When will Vikings Valhalla be released?
If you are excited to watch new TV series related to Vikings, then don’t worry, it will be soon released on 25th February 2022.
